What are the rates of your services?
Approximately the following, though subject to change:
$150 for first office visit
$100 for follow-up visits.
What can I expect at my first visit?
-Your first visit will last up to two hours.
-You’ll start with some paperwork and then have an extensive health history discussion that can last up to an hour.
-During this time, we’ll discuss all of your health concerns, all of your medications, supplements, herbs and vitamins.
-You’ll be given any relevant feedback or advice on supplements, vitamins, diet, and lifestyle advice (for example, sleep hygiene, or hot or cold therapies) in order to streamline and maximize your regimen and health strategies.
-You’ll receive 45-60 minutes of acupuncture.
-Chinese herbal medicine recommendations which can be purchased at that time, special ordered or found online.
-You will also have the opportunity to join Fullscript, an online vitamin and herb dispensary with discounts on all kinds of healthy supplements, devices and personal care products.
Return visits last one hour, include 5-15 minutes of any changes or concerns and 45-55 minutes of acupuncture including any modifications to your herbal prescription.

Float Euphoria can give you a receipt if you request one, with all of the information you’ll need to submit claims yourself.

Are you licensed and insured?
I hold a double Master’s degree from The Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine.
Acupuncture, including cupping, gua sha (scraping), moxibustion, plum flower, tui na massage, dietary and lifestyle counseling.
And, in Chinese Herbal Medicine including teas, pills, topicals like liniments and poultices, fumigations, inhalations, washes and more.
I’ve been licensed and insured in Washington state since 2006.
I’m board certified with the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
Certified in NADA (National Acupuncture Detox Association).
Certified level 1 with Acupuncturists Without Borders (Ear Acupuncture).
Certified in Clean Needle Technique.
Do I need to bring Paperwork?
