$115- $125 for first office visit
$75 – $85 for follow-up visits.
Do you take insurance
Nope. Not anymore.
Cash or Credit only.
Float Euphoria can give you a receipt if you request one, with all of the information you’ll need to submit claims yourself.
We also accept Health Savings Account cards.

I sure am. I’ve been licensed in Washington state since 2006
I’m also board certified with the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine)

Float Euphoria will provide paperwork to you, there’s no need to arrive early as paperwork time is built in to the appointment,
